Design
Our design services cater to the residential, tertiary, industrial, hospital, airport, and general infrastructure sectors. The team of professionals has expertise in architectural, plant engineering, and structural disciplines from the concept phase to the as-built phase.
BIM Design
BIM design differs from the traditional one because it relates the different components of the building, simulating the same construction relationships between objects in the 3D model. Furthermore, thanks to the inclusion of information in the model, it is possible to share the design team’s choices in real time.
MEP
The design team is coordinated by seniors with pratical as well as theoretical skills in developing components for thermotechnical, mechanical, electrical and photovoltaic systems in both civil and industrial sectors. Moreover, the entire team is completed by MEP BIM Specialists with design experience in all construction stages from concept to detailed design, from shop drawing to works management, as well as commissioning and as-built.
Architecture
Inspired by the concept of “designing for execution”, our goal is to merge aesthetics with functionality to meet all stakeholders' interests. The extensive expertise of our architects embraces all design phases, with a particular focus on construction systems applied to every technological aspect, from facades to interior design, in order to support investors and general contractors.
Infrastructure
Our team consits of civil engineers and BIM Specialists with design, surveying and modeling skills in both linear and point infrastructures and in all disciplines (civil works on a territorial scale, technological systems, railway equipment and signaling, etc.).

CAD to BIM
We develop multidisciplinary BIM models of real estate assets current state, starting from CAD drawings (as built or surveys) to support real estate managers and construction companies.
Scan to BIM
Scan to BIM service consists in digital surveys using a 3D laser scanner to obtain a point cloud. Starting from the point cloud, the entire building or parts of it can be modelled in BIM, according to customer’s needs and the aim of the information modeling.

Data are acquired and mapped on the model during BIM design and construction, creating a digital model which will then be connected to other systems to collect performance data, also in view of MEP system predictive maintenance.
