Modeling and as-built design of the electrical, mechanical, water and sanitary systems relating to the expansion of the production complex of an important pharmaceutical group.

The building, which covers a total area of ​​approximately 2,000 m2 divided into three intervention areas: basement, ground floor and first floor, has undergone an important functional reorganization of the production area.

The BIM modeling specifically covered the sanitary water system, the fire prevention system, the drainage pipes, including the updating of the operating diagrams.
For the electrical and special systems, the BIM model relating to the main distribution conduits for both the electrical and special systems has been integrated; with positioning of the points and related fixings.

As regards as the mechanical system, the BIM model relating to the piping of the thermal system was updated and integrated, with the indication of the diameter, material and circuit identification; with the positioning of the terminals of the heating system (fan coils, cassettes etc…) with indication of the thermal characteristics (power); with the ducts of the aeraulic system with indication of dimensions and lower wire height; with the positioning of the aeraulic terminals with indication of the flow characteristics and dimensions (vents, vav etc…).

As regards as the technological power plants, the BIM model relating to the thermal power plant and the related technical room for the generation and distribution system equipment (UTA, generators, absorption groups) has been updated.
