“Le Terrazze Rondò” residences

BIM construction and as-built project for the renovation and change of use, from offices to residences of an 11-story building with 116 apartments owned by the BNP Paribas fund, for a total work amount of €24 million.

In a central and strategic neighborhood, the transformation of a 1990s office building, formerly Coca-Cola headquarters, into apartments and large communal spaces was tackled. To achieve the goal, a radical rethinking was implemented, integrating into the original structure newly built volumes, open and closed loggias, and large terraces projecting outward.

Point cloud survey was used as a starting point for creating detailed 3D models and to explore and evaluate the property with extreme ease and precision.

The project’s keyword is sustainability: Terrazze Rondò indeed pays great attention to environmental and energy resources and the contribution that the most advanced technologies can bring to sustainability and efficiency of construction processes and their benefits for the environment.

The interior design of the different types of apartments is the result of a particularly sophisticated distributive and aesthetic study, where the architectural and plant engineering project interacts with aesthetic solutions to offer valuable spaces.
