We’re offering full-time job in the design team of our Milan office, continuous collaboration or open-ended contract, depending on demonstrated skills and personal aptitudes.
The candidate has good Revit MEP proficiency, gained on civil or industrial projects, and a basic knowledge of MEP engineering discipline in one or more of these areas: thermofluidic, water system, mechanical, electrical.
Alternatively, profiles with minimal experience are evaluated, when determined to undertake the MEP specialization path within the company on-the-job training program.
This role includes MEP design and modeling (CAD to BIM and Scan to BIM) for detail design, shop drawings and as built BIM purposes: drawing production, 3D coordination, quantity take off, energy modeling.
The profile is completed by soft skills such as result orientation, excellent teamwork skills, punctuality.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year experience with Autodesk Revit software on complex projects, working for design or construction companies operating in BIM. In-depth knowledge of BIM processes and standards is required.

The candidate has at least 3/5 years of experience in disciplinary design (ARC-STR-MEP) and he/she is autonomous in setting up and developing complex projects, and/or supervising and reviewing the design team for design companies or construction.
